Unhealthy Habit – a compulsive behavioral reaction that closes the space of observation to a direct experience in the present moment at the expense of natural intuitive options and creates a bar to common sense with negative outcomes in daily life.

ADDICTION – an uncontrollable reaction that occupies the space of observation and bars all direct experiences & usurps all natural intuitive options. A subjugation of natural life and a natural state of being. The addict mistakes the Imperious urge of reaction for their soul or self – if the imperious urge is not maintained daily it is perceived as an existential threat to their being – .though the feeding of a daily addiction does lead to physical death – it is suggested that an active addiction is a spiritual malady and type of death.
