I WAS LISTENING TO CAR RADIO AND AFTER A BRIEF SEGMENT REGARDING THE CORONA VIRUS THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA SOURCE ENDED IT WITH STATING THE MTA ARE ASKING THE FEDERAL GOV FOR A FOUR BILLION DOLLAR BAIL OUT( TAX PAYER DEBT) NOTE THE BAIL OUT WAS ASKED FOR BEFORE THE CORONA VIRUS HIT DO NOT LET THEM HANG THEIR CORPORATE WELFARE BUCKET ON THE CORONA VIRUS ARM. ALSO THE HOSPITALS HAVE RUN OUT OF MASKS LETS GET IT TO THEM BUT LET THE PRIVATE HOSPITALS PAY FOR THEM. THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE WELFARE STATE PERHAPS THEY CAN TAKE OUT A LOAN IF THEY ARE SHORT ON CASH- THEY ARE GOING TO BILL THE HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES AND MEDICADE-CARE EITHERWAY THEY’LL GET THEIR MONEY- BUT WE SHOULD MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THOSE ITEMS IF IN THE FASTEST TECHNOLOGICAL CIVILIZATION IN WRITTEN HISTORY THEY CAT GET GOWNS AND MASKS MADE IN A DAY- BUT EITHERWAY WHY TAX OR CHARGE THE TAXPAYER TWICE

Uniquely experienced & uniquely capable of managing & protecting the Appalachian Trail Dear James, As more cases of COVID-19 (commonly referred to as “Coronavirus”) are diagnosed, the Appalachian Trail Conservancy is monitoring the situation closely to ensure we are taking the appropriate actions, not only for our staff, but also for the community of volunteers and hikers who actively use and work on the Trail. While the risk of contracting COVID-19 is still considered to be low, we are taking this situation very seriously and are incorporating the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization into all we do to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.   In order to reduce the risk of contracting or spreading this highly contagious virus to others, ATC staff members and volunteers will postpone all non-essential travel and conduct meetings and conferences digitally whenever possible. Any in-person meetings or work trips — including volunteer Trail maintenance projects — will be limited to no more than twelve people in one location to reduce the risk of infection. Any staff member or volunteer who displays the symptoms of COVID-19 infection will be asked to stay home until cleared to return to work by a medical professional. We are also encouraging staff members and volunteers to work from home whenever possible. While we do not anticipate this will significantly reduce our ability to quickly respond to emails, phone calls, membership requests, donor acknowledgements and other important communications, we appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience as we transition to this new structure. Beginning today, the ATC Visitor Center in Harpers Ferry will be closed until at least March 20 as we assess the best methods to ensure all visitors, staff members and volunteers are kept as safe and healthy as possible. We will reassess this closure next week to determine if more time will be needed before the Visitor Center reopens.   Due to the risks inherent with large gatherings, the 2020 Flip Flop Festival has also been canceled. We still welcome any aspiring flip flop thru-hikers to begin or end their hikes at ATC headquarters. Should the Visitor Center still be closed, we ask that hikers take a selfie in front of the ATC sign and send them along with their name and starting date to info@appalachiantrail.org. We will then add your photo to our official album of 2020 hikers.   For Appalachian Trail hikers, distancing yourself from others and maintaining good hygiene is the best defense for reducing your chances of contracting any illness: Wash your hands frequently with biodegradable soap at least 200 feet from water sources. When soap is not available, use hand sanitizer that contains 60-95% alcohol. Avoid sharing food. Do not eat out of the same food bag, share utensils or drink from other hikers’ water bottles. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing. Use the crook of your arm (inner elbow) or use a tissue and dispose of it using Leave No Trace Principles. Keep some distance between you and other hikers whenever possible, especially if anyone shows signs of being sick. Avoid shaking hands or other close contact — instead, elbow bumps or waving are safer ways to greet others. Avoid congregating in groups along the Trail. If you are an older adult or have serious chronic medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes or lung disease, you are at a higher risk of serious complications from COVID-19 disease. Hike and camp away from others to minimize the likelihood of infection. If you begin to feel sick, stay away from others and get off the Trail until examined and cleared for return to the Trail by a medical professional. If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 while on the A.T., please submit an incident report at appalachiantrail.org/incidents detailing when you got sick, when and where you got off the Trail and any other helpful information.   For volunteers working on the footpath, the additional guidelines are also recommended: Minimize carpooling to work locations. While this is not ideal regarding environmental impacts, personal safety and health take priority. Work in groups of no more than 12 people in any location. Avi Shiffman a teenager is being celebrated for building a “GLOBAL CORONA VIRUS TRACKER” They don’t have enough tests kits but somehow this teenage wizkid has found a way to put a GPS up everyones ass perhaps those not complying to the new technocratic GLOBAL authority – pardon I mean be able to track everyone carrying or possibly carrying Corona virus. Or perhaps it is everyone who doesnt wish to sign an oath or turn over any of their inalienable rights to our new “GLOBAL” technocratic “AUTHORITY” If you Knew anything about the TRANS PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP one of the main problems was that they were going to set up a “GLOBAL” tribunal ( a corporate “spectrum” of dominance tribunal) that would be given the illusion of power to override national state and individual American sovereignty ( which is really all one sovereign if you understand WE THE PEOPLE ARE “IT”) they a “GLOBAL” corporation would be able to take say Byridge Brooklyn to court- sue them – here’s a fictional example: a “GLOBAL” corporation has bought all the property on each corner of 68st and third avenue and decide they are going to put in a toll booth but the residence of the area go through the local politician and through the legal process and vote down or right legislation against this act- well the “GLOBAL” corporation would be able to take Bayridge to the “GLOBAL” tribunal and overturn the ruling (against our nationa,l state ,individual sovereignty) or sue the pants of Bayridge and drag it out till they bankrupt the area. This was stopped. The world health organization [WHO] is doing the same thing though through a “GLOBAL” health authority. I WANT A SECOND OPINION ( A LOCAL OPINION). Channel 7 today did a report with a group of national gaurds men with food- the scene was set with the reporter interviewing a soldier in uniform who was therE to help those in need- AS IF A F*CKIN DISASTER HAPPENED ALREADY. LOOK INTO THE BETHLEHEM DOCTRIN ITS USE OF THE TERM “IMMINENT THREAT” AND YOU’LL SEE HOW THEY ARE USING FEAR AND MANIPULATION TROUGH THINK TANKS ( MANUFACTURING THEORETICAL THREATS PROJECTED AS ACTUAL THREATS) IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH “GLOBAL” AUTHORITY AND TRESSPASS ON OUR CONSTITUTION. IN A “STATE OF EMERGENCY” OUR CONSTITUTION IS NULL AND VOID – BUT IT IS NOT ACTUALLY SO – BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE TO COMPLY TO THIS – BECAUSE OUR INALIENABLE RIGHTS ARE IMMUTABLE. So the fact that the government and their “GLOBAL” “PARTNERS” are closing our country down happens only because we comply and volunteer. THE FACT IS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE OUT COME WILL BE – 76 THOUSAND PEOPLE DIED LAST YEAR OF THE FLU WORLD WIDE- IF THIS IS LEGIT IT SEEMS IT WILL HAPPEN REGARDLESS OF THESE PLACEBO QUARINTEENES – THIS IS A PRE-EMPTIVE “GLOBAL” MOVEMENT THAT IN ITS VERY NATURE TRESSPASSES ON INALIENABLE RIGHTS ENDOWED BYE THE CREATOR[ understanding the principle of seperation of church and state] – I watched the CHEETLAN HORSE RACES IN UK TODAY THERE WAS NO WORD ABOUT CORONA VIRUS, THE HOUSE WAS PACKED WITHOUT THE NATIONAL GAURD OR FACE MASKS. PATRICKS PARADE CANCELLED IN DUBLIN : good thing the corona virus wasn’t around when Cindy had the sniffles the Brady bunch would have been Quaranteened and we may have never seen Fonzi jump over the shark tank – not sure if that’s related or logical but people where gathered outside Arthurs the day the Fonz jumped the shark tank some one would have sneezed at some point during the extravaganza. Are we being f***ed??? The MTA is suppose to be a transit service- though it seems it has commandeered our public space by taking a lane in which they call a bus lane and put paint on the street – the are now an “AUTHORITY” over you because now- since they put paint on your street ( and basically are saying ” because I sais so like ones Daddy) they are telling you to stay off their street. Further they have put cameras on their buses in which they can give you tickets- steal your money because they are telling you where to drive your car on ( car=your property carrying your body = your individual sovereignty = life) your (public) property- Furthet the MTA now has a state of the art police department being built in saint george on bay street in Staten Island – [they have 1 train and 2 booths- just saying ] because now some magical agency has deputized the MTA and it has enforcement right or rather project ‘AUTHORITY ” OVER us WE THE PEOPLE – When has an audit been done on this or these phantom un-elected agency(ies) been done- WHO OWNS THIS UN -ELECTED AGENCY[IES] THAT IS USURPING THIS POWER THAT CAN TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKETS AND NOW ASSUMES AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL “AUTHORITY OR ENFORCEMENT OVER YOU- THEY ARE NOT POLICE THEY ARE SECURITY GAURDS- JUST LIKE HOMELAND SECURITY- THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER YOU – THE INTENT SHOULD BE TO PROTECT THE CONSTITUTION AND THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES- WE THE PEOPLE- IS THEIR A BRITISH ISRAELI AMERICAN CONGLOMERATE OR CORPORATION THAT OWNS AND RUNS THE PORT AUTHORITY AND THE MTA AND TBBA ???
