I just spoke to someone who is up against it a person who was on disability living on the fringes and he said a majority of the people who are in that area / situation – some with addictions are not able to access their disibility $. whether they are conning the system or not – this is creating an obvious problem – they are starting to get desperate and fighting amongst each other and their was a body left on the street for 10 hours( if the person is being honest-i believe he is because he was hesitant to share this) Seems like some people are causing some chaos so they can offer a solution that is part of a predetermined agenda???
