FACT or FICTION??? We have many clashes going on that may be a diversion. At a recent Black lives Blue lives matter protest the narrative became that the protest was about defunding the police. Already a support the troops type fight is being set up. Many use the fight between the citizens who do or not support the troops as a deflection from holding policy and the policy makers accountable for poor policy that puts our country and its soldiers in danger unnecessarily. Its a diversion tactic. Here the fight being created to cause a diversion is in Defunding the police. Now this is a Question being put to We the people??? Is the Question about defunding or about investing in a “PRE-EMTIVE cyber security that is un Constitutional??? So the Question is : that We are deciding about “funding” a new type of policing, that is a “Bethlehem Doctrine type “pre-emtive” policing that is not about protecting and serving but about a total cyber surveillance in which the “Homeland security” public private(foreign company) partnership creates a Tech driven untransparent ” UN CONSTITUTIONAl pre-crime type system. Cyber tech is big in Israel at the moment and We have been working with them in these areas through our military. Do We the People want to subcontract our policing to foriegn tech companies when it is not necesary or cost affective for the taxpayer. Now it doesn’t matter if it be Israel or Afghanastan or France Our money should stay in america to Americans and local NYers(in this instance) . Its NY taxes but now this is WHY the FEDERAL tax Question becomes so important. Pre-emtive markets in all areas of life are being created. Covid 19 is a Pre-emptive strike health market being created and they are trying to implement this in all our industries and institutions through PRE-EMPTIVE RULE &ENFORCEMENT. This is what I think the actual problem or situation is : We are being destracted from seeing the robbing of our freedoms under the guise of “security” through the tech (BIOTECH, healthcare) companies and technology that We paid for and developed through our military budget. Also mark this: In our constitution derived from our Declaration of Independence our rights in the present moment can not be mandated away ruled away by government for security “safety” in the future. Whether that be illness, terrorism. This may be agreed upon to handle a temporary crisis. But that is temporary. The re-writting of the Constitution cannot be done during a crisis. Also our freedoms are not written they are immutable- inalienable rights endowed by the creator. The Constitution was penned to protect those rights they were no rules written into existence bye man, they are inherent. What do you think???

When this coincides with sleep depravation it takes a toll on unsuspecting target. If targeting goes further V2K / voice to skull through microwaves with in specific frequencies words can be directed at the targets skull – though the target does not hear it through natural process of vibrations entering ear canal and vibrating on ear drum to communicate sound , in which this natural process if sound is loud enough all people in the vicinity will hear the sound. Though with V2K the frequency may be directed at the inner tissue with in the skull or the bone itself and the sound will be heard with in the skull in which only the target can hear. Frightening and with an unknowledgeable target Schizophrenia is mimicked and mistaken with excellent results as a “gaslighting” tactic. Questions??? Lets first state this: after all wars there are gunslingers. I say this with out judgement of the gunslinger – its simply to state the fact to shine a light on the reality that these silent weapons are being used. A man learns to use a tool, such as a gun, to make a living. Some legally some illegally. A weapon used in Iraq was a weapon called “the voice of god” [Dr Duncan explains the weapon thoroughly in interview since He was one of the inventors] It is a use of frequency and or of microwaves. They can be focused on 1 individual in a crowd or sleepin in their bed and the wave reverberates within the skull so that only the targeted individual hears voice or auditory harrasment. It can be used on multiple people as well. In Iraq soldiers were on a hill 100 meters away from the”enemy” and they used the V2K or”voice of god” weapon – the message was: ” this is Alla put down your guns and run home. ” Which they did…. So What does that have to do with Americans. As Dr, Duncan states in the title of his presentation: Americans are being targeted. Now the gunslingers are coming home with different tools to make a living with Neurological weapons. Think of the implications. A person can be sitting in the privacy of their home and if targeted the” V2k voice of god” weapon can be used against them. They may think they are going mad, Schizophrenic.
