The new term is W.M.D’squared . “WEAPONS of MASS DESTRUCTION & MASS DISRUPTION. One tactic of targeting is to hit a target with D.E.W (directed energy weapons) at strategic times. In a 9-5 world the target will be hit at 2:30 in the morning. I believe in separation of church and state. Once target signs himself into hospital (gaslighting) he may believe he is mentally ill. Now since the target is unaware that he is in an intelligence web of deceit. He may simply deminish. Questions??? Lets first state this: after all wars there are gunslingers. I say this with out judgement of the gunslinger – its simply to state the fact to shine a light on the reality that these silent weapons are being used. A man learns to use a tool, such as a gun, to make a living. Some legally some illegally. It can be used on multiple people as well. So What does that have to do with Americans. As Dr, Duncan states in the title of his presentation: Americans are being targeted.
