(DEW) directed energy weapons are used on a target so that they do not rest- a target may think they have sleep apneia or stress related insomnia- [ this tactic may kill a target if target is kept awake for 7 days or more – 7 days is cut off for military protocal ] the unaware target does not recoup strength of mind and body through normal rest/sleep. *( I’ll put a link to U.S patents below)

Auditory manipulation : V2K , voice of god , Frey effect *(I’ll put a link to U.S patents below) As the target is tired Auditory harrassment may be used to distract target – EX.Footsteps in their hallway, animals or person voice outside their window and door. When this coincides with sleep depravation it takes a toll on unsuspecting target. If targeting goes further V2K / voice to skull through microwaves with in specific frequencies words can be directed at the targets skull – though the target does not hear it through natural process of vibrations entering ear canal and vibrating on ear drum to communicate sound , in which this natural process if sound is loud enough all people in the vicinity will hear the sound. Though with V2K the frequency may be directed at the inner tissue with in the skull or the bone itself and the sound will be heard with in the skull in which only the target can hear. Frightening and with an unknowledgeable target Schizophrenia is mimicked and mistaken with excellent results as a “gaslighting” tactic. This goes further into heterodyning/synthetic telepathy which is beyond this introduction to this obscure frightening but actual information.

Gangstalking. The term “Gangstalking” or “Organized Stalking” refers to intense, long-term, harassment, intimidation, and surveillance of a Targeted Individual.  These covert operations are run by the Deep State Fusion Centers in each state, and many police departments are involved, worldwide.  It is funded by the CIA under the black budget, with the intention to silence or neutralize a  person, who is often a whistleblower or political activist.  Such operations have little to do with criminal gangs, as they are operated by official government-funded agents.  Private organizations, such as Infragard, Citizen Corps,  and Neighborhood Watch are often involved.  The database of targeted names is held in the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center – called the “Watchlist.”  The Watchlist now holds approximately 1.5 million names, worldwide.  Federal Judge, Anthony Trenga, ruled that the Watchlist is Unconstitutional, because the FBI could not provide any evidence that the names were “known or suspected terrorists.” Target are made aware they are being watched. Those who simply walk about with out a cell phone or trackable device. Truck, cars, pedestrians crowd space in a manner that happens commonly but in this phycological tactic it will happen 10 to 1 ( gaslighting) Keys being jingled coins being dropped. Together in accord these tactics are termed decomposition/ slow touch torture.

The goal. To destroy all healthy social and family ties. Destroy financial security and established foundations. Isolation- suicide-homelessness- imprisonment- mental institutions. That’s certainly a way to eliminate the competition.
